Masjid-e-Tooba Karachi

Built in 1969 under the supervision of Babur Hamid Khan,
this mosque of the Defense Housing Authority on Korangi Road
is the largest mosque of its kind in the world due to its
unique dome of 236 feet in diameter. It is said that there is
no such mosque anywhere. 5000 worshipers can offer prayers
here at the same time in the main hall. The height of its
single minaret is 70 meters.
Pure white marble is used in its construction.
It is also called GOOL Mosque.
